Combinations Suggestions Recipes Mix & Match Playing with Pureez

 

Below is a list of staple foods we often find serving our children.  With the help of Pure E-Z Puréez, you can now add fruits and vegetables to these common foods without a fight.  The list is by no means exclusive but will get you started on your way to a Pure E-Z life.  We have been testing our puréez in a daycare kitchen and have found that the minimum combinations found on this page rarely affect the taste, texture and look of the staple food.  We suggest you try out your own varieties.   We started by seeing how much we could get into the staple foods without detection before graduating to the next level.  Once we were certain children liked what we served, we told them about.  Now our children are aware of the added puréez and even boost about the taste.

Our puréez are frozen in 2 ounce containers (¼ cup) for pure e-z handling.  All of the suggested combinations begin with just 8 ounces (1 cup) of the staple food.  When starting out, we suggest you follow the recipe as suggested by the makers substituting one 2 ounce container of Pure E-Z Puréez for ¼ cup of liquid called for in the recipe.  Keep in mind that thawing out the Pure E-Z Puréez to a liquid form will make substituting for water, milk, or oil easy.

Au gratin potatoes

Add frozen puréez at end to cool down for little mouths to eat. And/or replace ½ cup of water (or milk) at the beginning with two frozen puréez.

Mashed potatoes
