How It's Done Vision & Mission Fruits & Vegetable Facts?

3 Step Pure E-Z Process

Before we start, we always consider fresh fruits and vegetables as the best choice for our puréez.  However, there are some fruits and vegetables that are difficult to purchase out of season.  But we’ve done our research and decided that based on dozens of articles, that frozen fruits and vegetables are as good as fresh (sometimes even better.)  We make sure we buy pure (so no salt or preservatives folks.) Check out the articles below to see where we find out facts.  After selecting premium ripe fresh fruits and vegetables, we wash them thoroughly and determine whether peeling is necessary.

  1. Steam—We’ve researched and tested.  We have found that steaming is the best way to cook our fruits and vegetables to retain the highest nutrient content (see below for links on the matter.)

Our steamers are electric (not using that high energy gulper like your stove.)  We have tested and tried to find the optimum cooking time to get our puréez just pure-fect.

  1. Purée—There are many appliances both manual and electric that can mash our fruits and vegetables.  We have found the universal method of puréeing with a blender works out best.  We’re all about Pure E-Z.
  1. Freeze—Finally, we freeze our fruit and vegetable puréez because it’s the purest way to go.  We don’t need preservatives.

Freezing actually preserves the nutrients. Colors and tastes of fruits and vegetables better than other processes (see the links below.)
